I had a few questions prior to ordering my car and my contact was always courteous and informative. He quickly responded to my emails and contacted me personally to chat about any concerns I had. I eventually proceeded with my car order in late Feb 2022. Unfortunately due to the current situation in the car market, I waited eight months for my car. I have to admit, I did begin to think it may never arrive. Each time I contacted the company, I always got an immediate response either by phonecall or email. I appreciate that sometimes it was probably as equally frustrating for the company as quite often the dealerships had no update! A month ago I received the knowledge my car had been built and then two weeks ago, he called me to say my car had arrived and was ready for delivery. Everything they told me was accurate, the price was great and they were a very professional company to deal with. They were extremely helpful during the whole process including payment. We know the car industry is going through a difficult time and some deliveries are taking far too long-but I stuck with this company because of the good communication and regular updates. They offer tremendous value for money and the service is 5 star. When I bought my first vehicle some years ago, I was sceptical about dealing with a Broker that I have never heard of-so I went over to their modest offices in Ripley. I felt reassured and trusted them with my business and they have fully repaid my faith in them. I suggest you give them a shot at quoting for your next vehicle.
First time I’ve ever used a car broker, so was a bit hesitant at first, but did all the due diligence checks etc and when satisfied placed our order for a Qashqai in January 2022. Was told it may be September 2022 until car arrived but that was the same delay with a normal dealership due to supply issues. Happy to wait as we were saving a considerable amount of money over dealer prices, we were kept informed and an agent answered any queries we had straight away, no sales speak, just honest answers. Car became available two weeks ago (July 2022), sent the relevant documents, made cash transfer re the balance owed, car arrived two days ago, couldn’t be happier. I understand peoples reluctance to part with large amounts of cash to persons you never actually meet, however, if you do your security and verification checks its no different than any other online transaction. I would definitely recommend this company, the amount saved could not be generated anywhere else, and the service was excellent. Thanks
