Smashing customer service from everybody at Brownroyd in Heywood, I have never received customer service as good as this before. They were helpful, friendly, accommodating, courteous,… everything you would want a dealership to be! My BMW is perfect and is better than I ever expected it to be, I am over the moon with my purchase and would definitely return and recommend again!

I went to view a car that I had seen online, the car was in great condition when I went to view it and it was presented very well, the salesman seemed highly organised and had everything in order ready for the sale. He did not pressure me into purchasing my car, however, he showed me around it in great detail and seemed to be highly knowledgeable which is always reassuring. It was a very simple transaction and rather quick as well! I am loving my new motor and would definitely pass on my recommendations to others!
Really pleased with my new Beemer. It is really nice and much better than I expected. The staff were sweet to deal with they answered anything that I asked and with the right answer not just making it up as they go along… like usual. They provided nothing less than a 5 star service and I highly recommend them.
Wow, what a car my Mercedes is! It drives perfectly and is very smooth. The salesman provided brilliant customer service, I was able to take my time when viewing the car and didn’t feel pressure into the sale, the salesman said ‘give me a shout if you need anything’ and left me to it. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Brownroyd Motors if you are in they Heywood region, they are fantastic at what they do!
