I bought my BMW from SR Motor Group in August and it is a cracking car. The interior is so clean and I am loving the tech. I have no complaints in regards to the customer service, the team were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived.
I had a good laugh with the guys down at SR Motor Group, I found them very easy to get on with, and had a great experience with the team. The astra that I bought was spotless inside and out. I noticed a chip on the window screen when I was viewing the car, and asked for that to be sorted before collection. The lads were straight on the job, no issues at all. I am very happy with how things went, and would definitely visit SR Motor Group again.
The sales agents was very helpful when I was buying my corsa, they were a nice team and got everything sorted for me quickly. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, but was never stood round for too long waiting. The transaction was smooth and simple. I highly recommend.
Very streamline and easy buying from the Motor Group team. Everyone was very welcoming and made it a really enjoyable purchase. The F-Pace is a lovely car, and is driving better than I ever imagined it would! I would happily use them again!
We did get off to a rocky start with the A3, however, the team were very helpful and did everything they could to get it all sorted for me. I am happy with how they took control of the situation, and got everything back on the straight and narrow. I would definitely use SR again, as they helped me a massive deal, and have got the A3 back to running like a dream!
