AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Was sold a car (Red Tesla Model X) which had unreported damage in bad condition and sold via distance selling then denied distance selling rights. Tried to blame me for not noticing things in a video which was sent to my phone, under fluorescent lights and quickly walked around without any narration or context. Constantly told car age and milage meant I should expect the car to have had damage and panels resprayed and problems (car is less than 5 years old!). After complaint was emailed some cut and paste terms which was never sent prior or made aware of and then they quickly updated their website to include these which doesn’t make sense as the purchase wasn’t through their website. Reported to trading standards and court forms filled in ready to go.
